Get ready to turn up the heat in our energizing sculpt class! This workout blends traditional yoga flows with strength training using props such as light weights, resistance bands, and blocks. Expect a powerful full body burn that leaves you feeling strong and refreshed. This class is perfect for all fitness levels with modifications included. Sculpt will be held in our infrared heated studio with temperatures around 90 degrees.

Using heavy dumbbells, you’ll challenge every major muscle group with a mix of functional and traditional strength exercises. Choose your own weights to match your fitness level and goals, so you can push yourself safely and effectively. Strength classes will be held in both the heated and non heated studios.
